    Limited testing, indoors. Not field tested. Powers on. The battery took a charge. Battery life has not been tested. Buttons all seem to work. Speaker seems to be good. I listened to the weather broadcast. Backlight is dim. No further testing performed. The antenna base and accessories have some rust or corrosion. Volume and squelch knobs have discolored to brown. Old stock. Comes in box with pictured accessories. Old price sticker on box says "List Price 9.99". Sells as is.
