VHF Marine Radio Midland Regatta II (untested/for parts)

For sale is as broken/for parts is a midland vhf marine model: REGATTA II. It is being sold as broken/for parts because I am unable to test it. I do not know what this device is. I do not know how to even turn it on. This came from an estate sale. I am selling as shown. I do not know if anything is missing other then the microphone part but what you see is what you get. Selling as is.
Condition: broken/for parts. Contains scratches/wears/scuffs/nicks/selling as is. Please refer to images of condition.
